In addition, we handle over 50 vacation rental houses, and are also available to evaluate property you currently own or are interested in buying.

On Block Island, Sim has been selling and renting real estate since 1968, Susie since 1991, Joan since 1981, Nancy and Caren joined us in 2009. Caren is also licensed in Connecticut, Nancy is licensed in Pennsylvania and Jeannie has been
licensed in Wyoming for the last 8 years.

RENTAL INFORMATION:
We handle over 50 houses throughout the Island. We begin our rental booking season right after New Years. The first few weeks are devoted
to taking care of our returning clientele. However feel free to call or email us with your requests. We may ask you to call us back in a few weeks
when we are set for new people.
