We handle over 50 houses throughout the island.
During the Spring and Fall the rentals are more flexible, the rates are considerably lower and renting for a long weekend is possible.
There are a few general policies that one needs to know. PETS are not allowed in any houses and is cause for eviction as well as loss of damage deposit . All our houses are non smoking. You must have a bed for each member of your party, with the exception of babies in cribs, therefore do not expect to be able to have children on floors, couches etc! The houses are fully furnished with the exception of sheets and towels (if you do not want to bring your own supplies there is a linen rental service available.) The owner supplies cleaning materials with the exception of personal items, laundry soap, TP, paper towels etc. The tenant must leave the house "tenant ready" for the next family- we will arrange for a cleaning service for you if you choose not to do it yourselves. Upon checkout, at the discretion of our staff, we may call in a cleaning service and deduct the charge from the damage deposit. Most tenants prefer to hire a cleaning service ahead of time so that the last few hours of their vacation are not devoted to scrubbing floors, etc.
